MASTÖB Kongresine Yargı Engeli
Malatya Sivil Toplum Örgütleri Birliği’nin (MASTÖB) Esenler Kültür Merkezi’nde yapılması planlanan olağan kongresi, mahkemenin yürütmeyi durdurma kararı sonrası gerçekleştirilemedi.
Malatya Sivil Toplum Örgütleri Birliği (MASTÖB) tarafından 28 Ekim Pazar günü Esenler Kültür Merkezi’nde düzenlenmesi planlanan ve Nazife Özdemir, Hasan Karakuş ile Haşim Karadağ’ın aday olduğu olağan kongre, mahkeme kararı doğrultusunda iptal edildi.
Edinilen bilgilere göre, kongrenin düzenlenmesine yönelik yapılan itirazların yargıya taşınmasının ardından mahkeme süreci sonuçlandı.
Mahkeme, yürütmenin durdurulmasına karar vererek kongrenin bugün yapılmasını hukuki açıdan uygun bulmadı.
Katılımcılar Bilgilendirildi
Mahkeme kararının ardından kongreye ilişkin tüm hazırlıklar durdurulurken, Esenler Kültür Merkezi’nde bulunan delegeler ve katılımcılar salonda hazır bulunan avukatlar tarafından bilgilendirildi. Yapılan bilgilendirmede, yargı süreci tamamlanmadan kongrenin gerçekleştirilemeyeceği ifade edildi.
Herhangi Bir Olumsuzluk Yaşanmadı
Kararın açıklanmasının ardından salonun kontrollü şekilde boşaltıldığı, süreçte herhangi bir gerginlik ya da olumsuzluk yaşanmadığı öğrenildi. Kongreye katılması beklenen adaylar ile çok sayıda delegenin karar açıklandığı sırada salonda bulunduğu belirtildi.

Mahkemenin yürütmeyi durdurma kararının ardından MASTÖB Kongresi’nin ileri bir tarihte yeniden planlanacağı, yeni kongre tarihinin ise hukuki sürecin tamamlanmasının ardından kamuoyuyla paylaşılacağı bildirildi.
